BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
grind to your preferred coarseness — medium for drip or pour over, coarse for french press. use 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water at 195–205°f. warm return is forgiving and consistent across all methods. it pairs beautifully with milk or a dairy alternative — the praline and toffee notes open up with a little warmth added.
