a whole bean coffee crafted from 100% single-origin arabica beans grown in brazil, roasted using a process called split-roasting. a portion of the beans are roasted lighter — gently, briefly — to preserve the delicate.
top notes: the brightness, the sweetness, the fragrance. the rest are slow-roasted longer and deeper, to build body and warmth. the two halves are brought together into something neither could be alone.
what you taste is the result of that patience. cocoa powder softness. a caramel depth that doesn't overpower. toasted walnut richness that lingers long after the cup is finished. low acidity, full body, and a finish that stays with you — unhurried, like the morning itself.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
grind to your preferred coarseness — medium for pour over or drip, fine for espresso, coarse for french press. use 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water at 195–205°f. brew slowly. pour slowly. the split-roast rewards a little patience in the cup, too.
