BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
grind to your preferred coarseness — medium for drip or pour over, coarse for french press, fine for espresso. use 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water at 195–205°f. velvet ground is consistent and forgiving across all brew methods. the washed process rewards a clean brew — pour over brings out the cocoa and fruit clarity most. works beautifully black or with milk.
