a light roast whole bean coffee from ethiopia, guatemala, and brazil — six varietals, two processes, one exceptionally delicate cup. the ethiopian heirloom beans arrive washed and pulped, bringing lemon brightness and subtle fruit character with a clarity that keeps the cup from ever feeling heavy. guatemalan bourbon adds structure and a soft sweetness that anchors the brightness without dimming it. brazilian catuaí lays a gentle foundation beneath everything — smooth, quiet, present.
lemon at the front. soft caramel that follows. a clean, tea-like finish that lingers long after the cup is empty. medium-high acidity, delicate body, a cup that rewards slowness and patience. pour it over ice and it opens into something cool and bright. brew it slowly over a pour over and it reveals everything it has — layer by layer, sip by sip.
this is the softest cup in the range. not the quietest — it has brightness and range and something to say. but it says it gently, in the lightest possible voice.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
grind medium-fine for pour over, medium for drip. use 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water at 190–200°f — slightly lower than the rest of the range to protect the delicate notes. pale light is built for slow methods: pour over above all. for iced coffee, brew double strength over ice for a clean, bright cold cup. do not overbrew — this one is at its best when treated gently.
