BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
grind to your preferred coarseness — medium for drip or filter, fine for moka pot or espresso, coarse for french press. use 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water at 195–205°f. golden hour is forgiving across all methods — it holds its warmth wherever you take it. pairs beautifully with milk or a dairy alternative.
