a French roast whole bean coffee from a single Brazilian origin — five classic varietals, each chosen for the depth they develop under extreme heat. bourbon brings balance and a thread of sweetness that keeps the darkness from tipping into harshness. mundo novo adds density and a full, rounded body. catuaí and its hybrids catucaí and catigua contribute structure and complexity, building a cup that is bold without being one-dimensional.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
grind fine for espresso or moka pot, medium for drip, coarse for french press. use 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water at 195–205°f. night grove is built for methods that extract fully — espresso and moka pot above all. it holds its structure beautifully in milk-based drinks. brew it strong. it can take it.
