BREWING INSTRUCTIONS grind to your preferred coarseness — medium for pour over or drip, coarse for french press. use 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water at 195–205°f. the washed process rewards a clean brew method — pour over especially. brew slowly. this one opens as it cools.
