a light roast whole bean coffee blended from ethiopia, mexico, and brazil. the ethiopian heirloom varietals do what they always do — burst open with citrus, dried fruit, and floral notes that lift the entire cup into something unexpected and vivid. mexican bourbon brings balance and complexity, softening the brightness without dimming it. brazilian catuaí lays a smooth, sweet foundation beneath it all, giving the cup a depth that keeps it from feeling delicate.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
grind medium-fine for pour over or drip, coarse for french press. use 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water at 195–205°f. early bloom shines brightest as a pour over — the washed Ethiopian notes open beautifully with a slow, even pour. works equally well as a cold brew: coarse grind, cold water, 12–18 hours. bright and clean either way.
