a medium roast whole bean decaf from the highlands of Sulawesi, Indonesia — one of the world’s most distinctive coffee-growing regions. a single varietal: Java Toraja, known for its exceptional body and character, grown at altitude in volcanic soil and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process — a chemical-free method that removes caffeine gently and completely, preserving everything worth keeping in the bean.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
grind to your preferred coarseness — medium for drip or pour over, coarse for french press. use 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water at 195–205°f. still forest is patient across all methods — it holds its flavour without rushing. works beautifully as a cold brew too: coarse grind, cold water, 12–18 hours. the earthy depth opens slowly and rewards the wait.
