BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
use 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water at 195–205°f — drip, pour over, or french press. brew slowly. the five varietals reward a little patience. for something richer, blend with your milk of choice. then stop. sit with it. that part is the point.
